Well the first thing you notice when you call this heavenly company is the service. If I could bottle this stuff and sell it I'd be a millionaire several times over (well if those bloody Labour lot don't get in I mean).
I was contacted out of the blue several days after I purchased my travel insurance to Tie land (not a bad price for a single 63 year old guy (£83 shhhh)) and was asked if I could take part in a survey and give some feedback...cough yes please. Really fantastic people who really care about you and you individual requirements and non intrusive if you catch my drift.
Bravo Bravo would use again.

When I called you would think that I'd died and went to payday loan heaven. Nice on the phone, check. Lovely manner, check. A burning desire to help, check. Managed to get £100 for a new Remmi sealed bathmat. Fantastic stuff
