Another genuine review by a Performance direct customer. AVOID OR GET STUNG.

I always say " you do not know how good a Insurance company is until you need to make a claim or request something", People often give positive reviews for a company offering the cheapest price, take that as a hint, First time and last time I used them, Customer service once you have paid is almost impossible to get in touch with, they have limited staff and if you want to change your policy, cancel your policy or are due a refund then this is the worst company out there ,and I have had multiple insurance policies for several cars and bikes over the last 44 years, so please if you have not choose them yet pay a few quid more and use someone else, these need to be closed down or hopefully go bust .
