Been asking for my money to be transferred to another account but they reply back with the same robotic message that I should be patient as they have a high volume of cases to review. I feel very strongly that they/ someone has taken my money else they would of just simply given me back my money a long time ago. Very disappointed in this company and don't trust them . I just want my money back it's that simple. I don't even know if charges are taken out of my account that I don't have any access to.
