The new online interface whilst was marketed as a significant improvement, it fails to live up to the hype, it's awful to use, a complete timewasting exercise, logs you out upon simple requests, there is no option to print any transactions. Have messaged the COOP they suggest changing browser ect.ect. but this is not the problem , obviously designed by beaurocrats that nver have to bank online, shame was just starting to enjoy iusing the COOP
