Almost perfect

When I first arranged my mortgage 3 years ago I had a fantastic experience. The advisor was knowledgeable, helpful and happy to work around my schedule. Unfortunately at my renewal I had a slightly different experience, I went into the branch to book an appointment only to be told that this couldn’t be arranged in branch and they would call me, a week went by without a call and I popped in again, a week later still no call and I phone them. To be fair to them the staff at the call centre were very helpful and everything progressed quickly from there, so I would definitely recommend calling before trying to arrange anything face to face.
