Purchased travel insurance policy via Top Cashback and was happy to pay that little bit more for the policy on the understanding that I would receive cashback from Top Cashback as an incentive. Cedar Tree, I am told by Top Cashback, refused to acknowledge the fact that I had gone through Top Cashback (which I did) and so refused to pay cashback. Very disappointed.
