Nationwide are good overall. Their attention to detail can be poor, particularly in their process, procedures and systems. I have two accounts which Nationwide have either not opened properly or not closed properly, and Nationwide have said that they have no intention of fixing the underlying system problems.

I've used them a couple of times now, luckily without ever needing to claim. Getting the quotes and setting up the policies has been straightforwards each time.
