I have banked with Barclays for over 10 years and anytime I have needed help with any matter they have never helped not even tried to help resolve any issues I have had I would never recommend them to anyone The only reason I still bank with them is because it is the closest bank to we’re I live and if need to deposit money into the account it’s only a five minute drive to the most unhelpful bank I have ever came across Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

I have been with co-op insurance for years and on the whole am fairly satisfied with them they are reasonably priced and deal with any issues quick and efficiently but I don’t like that after all these years they ask for extra money for all the extras such as breakdown etc for loyal customers this should be included as an incentive to stay with them but unfortunately they don’t think this way although I would recommend them to family and friends and have done but I think recommendations should also be rewarded. Good Fraud protection

I Used my card to buy a car as it was a substantial amount they immediately contacted me to check it was me who used the card to make the payment as they were concerned it was being used fraudulently which is good fraud prevention from a bank Reviewed on: 5th February 2018
