I have used Cover Cloud insurance for my phones for the past 4 years and I highly recommend them. They are easy to deal with and have no stress when making claims. They process has always been straightforward. It helps that registration and making insurance claims are all done online. Occasionally one may get a call from them but the process is always transparent,quick and straightforward. I highly recommend.
