I changed my vehicle on my insurance recently, normally this would take a long phone call, an admin fee and a large charge on top. I was pleasantly surprise by Aviva, I could do it in my own time online, save the admin fee, and luckily had no extra to pay. It was so easy and was nice to be able to tick off one of my new car change over jobs in time.
