Used to be a great bank for Business banking but now OMG-aweful

ive banked with co-op as a business customer for about 15 years with absolutely no complaints until they changed online banking. Jeez I'm pretty intelligent but their online banking is appalling. Every time I click on my current account it tells me my overdraft is my interest rate etc but what I want to see straight away is my transactions. It took at least three logins and about an hour before I found them and now instead of having columns of incoming and outgoing they are all in one column. NOT HELPFUL. Can I find a list of direct debits and standing orders NO Tried to ring customer services around half a dozen times and given up as on hold for at least 30mins. As a business im working trying to earn money not sitting on hold and not helpful due to short opening times too. Its all got lousy just lousy. Not good for business co-op.
