Finalising a claim took ages. Had to call them many times to track progress just to find out that they are very unorganized and unable to keep track of their own files. Very poor customer service with workers who don't know what they're talking about. Would never go with Hastings Direct again even if they paid me. Reviewed on: 12th June 2017
