Inoperable Online Account & Credit Report Ruined

I am in a Payment Plan with Myjar. This was mutually agreed after I had experienced financial difficulties and I contacted them to discuss a plan of action proactively. Despite making ALL the payments under their schedule they still registered Late Payments and Defaults against me which has crippled my Credit Score. Furthermore, I have been unable to log into their online account system for the past two weeks to manage my account. Myjar, if you can actually resolve this I will gladly improve my rating.
