Really had a good experience with Monzo. Attracted by its easy to interface, rates, transparency as well. Love the pots, overdraft facilities. All of its online and if I have a query it’s answered within minutes. Dont have to book an appointment at a branch like some banks make you do.

Their app and online stuff is so far behind all other banks. Such a mission to do anything. The insurance offering isn’t very flexible. Have to choose 3 options. Maybe we just weren’t the right fit

Haven’t had to use any of the insurance as of yet. Hopefully I won’t have to. They have got a few perks and discounts for Laka members which I have used.
I’ve added onto my policy and removed items off my policy. Just login and change what you need. Super easy. Fees are super low obviously depends on the collective.
