Totakly useless
Un professional and un helpful
Do not invest any money or pensions thru this company you will never get it back
It takes 2 months for them to reply to anything and another 7 weeks to send mail
You phone them and they can't help have no idea what they are doing
Can't get our pension money back
Hard earned cash that we have earnt
Next stop is ombudsman
