I have been saving with Darlington for five years. Recently I tried to withdraw some money however they said I had to register for online banking. I though this was fair enough as that’s how things are done these days and it’s no drama. Sadly there was drama. This evening I was told my details don’t match the details they have and am unable to register. I can’t go into the branch because I live too far away. I’m left with an uneasy feeling that this shouldn’t be happening. I am trusting them with my life savings! Needless to say I’ll be closing my accounts as soon as I can. Reviewed on: 29th October 2020
