Had account for 2 years haven't done anything wrong,have not received any international or local transfers.All of a sudden received message saying that account has been closed,without any notification or warning. Have good amount of money there, but unable to access or transfer my funds.Customer service can't help,keep asking to wait for an email.Every day spending hours trying to contact by twitter,fb,email ..NO RESULT! Facing huge problem..Made a complaint with FCA,report to police,filled in with ombudsman, but due to Corona it may take months.Planning to hire a solicitor .Absolutely Nightmare!!!! Forget about there promises,if you need a piece of mind P L E A S E NEVER GET INVOLVED with M O N E S E!!!!!!
