Wouldn't use again after putting me in financial hardship

My dog had to have tests and treatment. Wasn't pre-existing as shown from blood results. Vets agreed that I can claim, which I why I went through with the advice. Morethan won't pay out... Annoyingly, they have tried to re-new my policy, at a much more expensive rate than I found with them through the internet... When I called they offered a discount (why don't they just do that anyways...). Personal experience hasn't been good.
