Trying to call to change DD details, gave up after 4 months of trying and just left the old account open as they did not come over in the DD guarantee as they are not signed up for it. Now trying to pay off my loan and again, 2-3 hour waits twice a week for over 3 months now and still never got an answer. Starting to think there is noone there to even answer the phone. Just listening to hold music for my whole Life!!
