Account is blocked since yesterday, no message no nothing

Using Monese nearly one year now and was always very satisfied. Yesterday they blocked the account, only the app is still usable, I am not able to send or receive any money. They didn´t send any message or just nothing. Support is not answering and nobody cares about nothing.
I didn´t do nothing wrong and I am very angry!
If you don´t want to loose your money you should stay away from Monese at that time. Will update what happens further...
