Horrible, horrible horrible customer service, they talk over you and argue with you, man I spoke to after I had an accident was so unpleasant it made the whole experience so much worse. Never had a good exchange with them, full of "admin fees" so not worth the cheap price, you'll be paying for it later. Charged me £25 (reduced to £50 due to being in renewal period) for admin fee for change of address. Wouldn't add my partner onto my policy due to being self employed (despite 20 years no claims and no business use). Would NEVER use again, regret having a policy with them. Horrible experience
