Our charity moved several accounts to CAF and have come to regret it. Very clunky website; no automatic feed to accounts packages; so time-consuming to authorise payments; no secure messaging (you have to phone them and then they say you need to post a letter); constant Know Your Customer reviews... And now, the cherry on the cake, £8 per month for the privilege and £0.50 per cheque.
