Having been with this company for two years and having ten years no claims they significantly increased our renewal. The loyalty team then contacted us wanting us to stay but refused to offer a discounted price. Found much cheaper and better cover on money supermarket..

Recently switched my current account to Halifax. The switch was handled very swiftly by their dedicated switch team and all my direct debits were transferred without any issues. The APP is a must and so simple to use.

Arranged my loan over the phone in only a few minutes and money was in my bank account in a matter of days. Was able to settle the loan early with no hidden charges. Excellent rates too, would highly recommend.
