Useless and inaccurate e-mails, the final straw? Customer service REFUSED to register my complaint!

Easy to use - Brilliant to manage my 11 and 10 year olds money.
Interface is smart phone friendly and moving money around or sending links to relatives for Birthday gifts etc. is simplicity itself.
