I paid a highly inflated price for a new car battery because the 5 year guarantee sounded like a good thing. However I just tried to claim on the warranty and it’s not worth the paper it is written on.

I love this bank! If you ever need to speak to someone at Starling just open up a chat on the app or send a message. The responsiveness is fantastic and the times that I’ve needed help the advisor has it sorted out quickly. The app is excellent and I love having a separate savings page where I can put money away and label it for I want to save for. It encourages me to save. Back in the day when we were allowed to travel abroad it’s my go to account with excellent rates of exchange and no extra fees. On top of this you can set up to get a message each time your card is used, handy to know quickly if it’s been stolen and you can pause the account to prevent spending if you think you might have lost or misplaced your card, no need to cancel and wait for another card. I love this bank.
