The single worst experience with a mortgage company ever!! My family and I including my two children under the age of 6 were left literally homeless a week before Christmas!! Why?!, because of the complete lack of communication (on their part) and their admin errors and them loosing paperwork. I had my mortgage advisor working over time, checking everyday to ensure everything was in place to find out the day before completion that they were not going to release the funds! Disgusting behaviour I shall be investigating a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! Reviewed on: 31st January 2021
