Amazing customer service

I've had very little reason to contact First Direct in the past, because the service is so excellent, however when I have spoken to anyone they have always been very helpful and friendly. I would not bank with anyone else now. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2022

I haven't had a bad experience with Barclacycard, but I haven't yet had any need to liaise with their customer services about anything. That is where you really find out what a company is like. The online banking works well and is user-friendly. Barclaycard also offer regular balance transfer deals to existing customers. No plans to move to a different provider any time soon. I have rarely had need to contact First Direct, but when I have, the customer service has been excellent. I have been extremely happy with the ongoing service I have received and do not plan on leaving. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

I have only had a few reasons to contact First Direct (suspected fraud on my account and being unable to access the app). The staff were brilliant and efficient. Couldn't ask for better service. I have recommended First Direct to friends. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016
