Have been a customer for 5 years now and very happy. Proud to have the card in my wallet. Also have investments. Full disclosure- I also work for the bank (but i would be a customer anyway for top ethical credentials).

The Triodos approach with investments and stocks & shares funds goes above and beyond what I see elsewhere in this space and so I'm re-assured that I'm having positive impact with my investments in this space - even if the returns might not be the very best I could get I care about how they are using my money.

I have had a Triodos current account since it started in 2017 and I'm proud to be a customer of such a progressive minded bank that looks to have a positive impact in the world, and does not accept the economic status quo that is harming people and planet.
