I have an Amanah account from HSBC which suits my requirements ie I don't want to receive interest money. As a result, I am very satisfied with this product.

I have been with NatWest for over 4 years now. Even with a moderate credit rating, I have found it easier to obtain a credit card and overdraft. The service including online banking platform is great.

I have had previous experience of obtaining a personal loan from a leading high street bank and as such am able to provide an honest comparison between service received from the bank and Rate Setter. I found the whole process easy, efficient and transparent. All necessary documents are made available online and you can track the progress/balance at any time. What really won me over was the ability to pay off the balance earlier than scheduled and there are no early payment penalties.
