BUYER BEWARE - Took out a policy online but realised it wasn't right. Rang over half an hour later and was asked for my reference number. Person said they had to talk to someone and kept me hanging on the line when they came back they said they would not refund money in full but have to charge an administration fee as they now had entered the details on system. I wondered why I was kept holding for so long? They are brokers and do not offer 14 day change of mind that a regulated insurance company would. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM make sure to deal direct with an insurance company.
