Out of date service

Setup was simple via the app as a existing current account customer but direct debit setup and requesting additional card seems archaic either a sloppy online form or PDF to download and post. This is surprising in this day and age. Reviewed on: 24th February 2021

Easy to use and manage, but help is only a call away

Generally only use the app or online banking but when needed have called and the staff have be down to earth and able explain things clearly then will go on to solve issues quickly Reviewed on: 24th February 2021

Simple, honest and clear communication

The service is simple and easy to use and the communication is just about right - not too many emails, and not bamboozling. More detail can be found and their blog posts are useful for all things money related. The app is great to track how my ISA is doing, it goes up, it goes down - and usually if it is the latter an email will follow to explain the current financial climate and what Wealthify are doing to mitigate. Naturally, I’d be happier if the ISA performed better but that isn’t any of our control! Reviewed on: 24th February 2021
