Disappointed I cannot see it on my Barclays Accounts

So far no issues, signing the documents was easy - but I bank with Barclays (savings/current and credit card) and disappointed I can’t see this loan in my app too.

Downloaded it after finding it via Aviva. So far pleased. Easy to use and understand, chat function is good and nice design on the app.
