Incompetent

I tried making an online transfer of monies from my Halifax account. However, I was requested to call the fraud line. I’ve was on hold for 3 hours and gave up. I tried again and gave up after another 3 hours. I spent 6 hours on the phone since it was an urgent transaction. I will now transfer my money elsewhere and similarly with all my businesses. Incompetence doesn’t fully describe such a service. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
