Since banking with Triodos I don't mind paying Bank charges for transactions any more. In fact I get quite excited because the money enables so many inspiring projects to get funded. I really appreciate the transparency, it's the only bank I have ever been with that lets me know what they're investing in and I love what I see. I appreciate the fact that if I have a question and ring to his bank I don't end up in a ling automated loop but get to speak to a real person who listens and answers my question without ever telling me I can find the information in their website. Thank you for treating me with respect. I respect you in return.
