AVOID this company
Just to give you an update I have been trying to contact Pockit for the last 3 months after they closed my account for no reason whatsoever after 4 years and although they have asked for and been given my details to transfer the balance of £555 back to my bank they have yet to do so
3 times they have told me it will be processed within 10 days and 3 months later still no money
They reply to 1 in every 15 emails I send and all with the same excuse that it is being processed
Trading standards are now involved and also the financial ombudsman
Thankfully after contacting the Martin Lewis money programme they are showing an interest in outing this fraudulent company

Please draw your money out whilst you still can their annual accounts haven’t been submitted they are obviously in trouble
