They kind of don;t understand the customer needs. Asked to move the payment day to the beginning of the month, which they did, but the statement day stayed the same , leaving almost 15 days gap between the two, while usually it's just few days gap. Also the mobile app is quite poor compared to the amex app. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017
