I changed to Metro Bank in 2018 after 41 years with my previous bank. My branch was closed without telling me. Metro Bank are efficient and friendly and I have been able to save more using them with the use of the app. More efficiency all round. Reviewed on: 14th June 2021

So happy with my building society.

I have with my friendly local building society for ten years both at my local branch and more recently on line. They treat you like a human being and not a number. They are patient with my enquiries and nothing is too much trouble ever. In this day and age with falling interest rates they give me good notice of changes to the rates and I feel other institutions ride roughshod over their customers so much. I changed to Metro Bank in 2018. It was one of the best things I have ever done. I have able to keep better control of my money by being able to save and use my cash more effectively. Getting my monthly direct debits and standing orders paid on time is an excellent service. I moved to Metro Bank after 41 years with the same bank as they closed my local branch without telling me.
