Been waiting for a refund since December, had an email on 5 Feb saying that payment had been processed, still waiting, had a complaint upheld against them, they even awarded me compensation, still no payment they wont reply to emails phone lines are closed, as far as i am concerned they are a gang of thieves and conmen
