The Good Points: I have NEVER had a problem with NatWest, internet banking's been smooth, queue in branch dealt with quickly. Bad Points: There is ONE branch in Edinburgh, being a capital city I would expect more and I need to travel into town if I need to use the branch where parking is hard, I think the fact as well that I have been a customer for over 5 years yet never been offered anything better than what I have, (the basic) despite never having an empty account or fines.
