I had a real nightmare with Strawberry as I began to query the charges when I spotted things didn't add up.I was patronised by their main Compliance guy and even stalked me on LinkedIN. Rude & aggressive so much so reported them to conduct authorities and FCA

It was easy setting up my account and I deposited a lot of money but kept encountering issues. When asked for help you get automated responses and it took nearly a month to get a response. My complain went unanwered too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHIP
