I am in my fourth year of being a student, and apart from one encounter with a rude member of staff, I have always had a pleasant and efficient service from Natwest.

I've never had any issues with them, except when I wasn't allowed a free railcard they'd previously said I was entitled to because they had "ran out". Saying that, it's been easy to set up/change accounts (e.g. when I became a student), and their online banking is really simple to use.
