The whole team at the Woodbridge branch from start to finish were exceptional, from the lady who greeted us when we were late for our appointment, to Benny who spent as much time as we needed patiently explaining the fixed term ISA options available, and then dealing with the transfer from another financial institution. I can’t rate the experience highly enough.

Always find the staff at Suffolk Building society to be helpful and friendly. Also find their rates to be really competitve too. Shout out to the young lady who made an excellent cuppa for us on Saturday while we had an appointment with Benjamin who was delightful as always.
