My dog was cut whilst I had to get fox faeces out of his hair. Washing and brushing was tried to no avail. It was causing my young puppy some distress so I tried to cut it out and nicked his skin. Three stitches later and over £350.oo fess the company would not pay because they said I was grooming the dog. You make your own decision. I am now with Waggel.
