I find HSBC online difficult to register, the wording and descriptions poor. the online service and help poor. Because The staff unable to answer questions and often delegate to other phones that incur more waiting time. Many of the phone staff had poor language and dialect discrepancies leading to confusion. My Best Bank

I have several bank accounts over the last 35 years. The Only Bank that I never have a problem or have to wait to answer queries / sort a problem is "First Direct", The Staff are always well spoken and courteous. First Class !! Reviewed on: 21st March 2021
