My dog has recently been diagnosed with an ongoing condition, and so far More Than have paid his bills without fuss. However I found their initial claim form a bit intimidating, and despite asking them to paythe vet directly, the second payment came to me. Not really a problem, but stopped me giving them the full 5 stars.

The staff at all 3 branches I use are friendly and helpful, as are the call-centre staff. I've always felt that I was more than just a number on an account: the bank has waived charges for me on one occasion, and never made me feel stupid even though I'm not great at knowing what's in my account at any given time!
