of Christmas/New Year holidays and pandemic. However, the Hanley Mortgage Advisor, Lana Beech listened to why our case was urgent and despite her busy schedule, fitted us in at short notice and went the extra mile to process our application before the holiday period.
She was friendly and professional, always replied promptly to any questions and/or concerns. Waiting for the underwriters to approve was very stressful, but she made the
process so much easier.
