Changed my car to a safer, less powerful and more economical car and was charged 300 for the pleasure of doing so. Its nearly doubled my payments from £54 to £104. I will NEVER use this company again. I currently have a complaint in with the Onbudsman, they shouldn't be allowed to operate this way.
