Have been an Experian customer ever since I got a refusal for a small interest-free purchase that spurred me to investigate my credit score. Turned out that an old mobile phone network hadn't cancelled their contract and had been trying to collect funds on an account I'd closed 9 months prior. Their team were excellent in not only immediately identifying and understanding the cause but then handling the process of fixing the root of the issue on my behalf. Credit score fixed. Worth it.

Good perks of course are only good if you use them. I've banked with Halifax for the majority of my life and generally found their service excellent. I've used a number of their products over the years but in general, have found the ultimate reward account to be a good balance of bang for the buck.

Saving with Chip is so good it's forgettable, that's not to say that there's anything bad about the experience, but more that it's so unobtrusive you don't really notice it's happening until you check and find out how much you've managed to stash away.
