Early pioneer and still the best

When Snoop was launched the Personal Finance segment of Fintech was just emerging, as were multi-bank account aggregators based on the (then new) Open Banking regulations and movement. I started using the app as an earliest adopter ('tester', if I remember?) and was impressed. I still am, in 2023. Apart from the wonderfully useful and ever growing functionality and features, I have experienced the great customer service, making Snoop distinct among most fintechs. They DO care - and help, whenever you need them. I can only be positive in my assessment as long-standing user, fan and advocate. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Indispensable in my personal finances

One of the most comprehensive, intelligent and user-friendly PFM (personal finance management) apps today - and I have seen many. I have installed and uninstalled several, but Snoop remains on my phone from the earliest 'beta' days and in regular use to this day. It's way more than showing your bank accounts and card balances, more than categorized expenditure tracking - it's a friendly advisor helping you to save money. For FREE - which is another 'user-friendly' feature ;) Reviewed on: 3rd March 2022

Best neo-bank of several I tried

As an early adopter and tech geek, I have tried several digital bank offerings, used them and compared experiences. Starling simply stands out: - with consistency and reliability, never disappointing, always meeting expectations, and often exceeding them. - with ever-increasing range of offerings, always innovating and bringing new features, functionalities and services. - with super-friendly service, excellent customer experience and imaginative, youthful marketing face and interaction style. For those who haven't tried it: this is NOT a colourful funky app, not simply a payment card in your phone (like most of the other 'fintechs' - it is a REAL BANK, with everything you'd expect from the old established ones, but much better service and experience. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

More than a single view of your finances

The Open Banking and API trend made possible a number of Personal Finance apps, but Snoop stands out as probably the most comprehensive among them, and definitely the most customer-centric. The ever expanding functionality is way beyond aggregating several accounts into a dashboard, it not only allows meaningful analysis but performs (Intelligent) analysis on behalf of the user and comes up with valuable suggestions. And 'customer-centric' is not just the user being the centre of its ecosystem, but the genuine care for your best interest, the superb experience - both in use, and when help is required. Snoop went into customer centricity as far as the 'investomer' model, offering users to also become shareholders - a move I cannot praise enough, even though I sadly missed a deadline and could not benefit from this. But I'd be first in the queue, should they offer another opportunity ;) Reviewed on: 26th March 2021
