We have had the Flex plus account for a few years now and it's great it includes, worldwide travel insurance, phone cover and car breakdown cover. We so far have only used the phone insurance but it has been well worth the money and the experience has been quick & easy

The extras with this account are great, I've only needed to use the phone insurance for mine and my husbands phone so far and they've been great, really easy process and fast turnaround

We've only had to claim on the phone insurance that comes with this account, but the process was so quick and easy. All done over the phone and the paper work arrived really quickly, phone was also fixed quickly. Very hassle free unlike some other phone insurance I've had
